Octopus and starfish might feel at home in bubbling water, right? Prepare for an aquatic adventure. You will create a habitat for your creatures by making highly textured fabric that looks jewel encrusted and slightly irregular fringe, resembling items caught in a net. 

The starfish bracelet features a front cut-out, more lovely fringe and a narrow wristband for maximum comfort. The overall affect is a uniquely shaped and feminine underwater artifact.

Bubbly includes a collar, bracelet and earrings. The earrings and back clasp are similar. 
 
Techniques: Netting, Backstitch, Brickstitch Edging, Internal Construction, and preparing a concave item.
